New Hire Onboarding Access Option

just wanted to run by you guys an inquiry that our HR department had. We
currently have created an “Onboarding” course introducing our procedures and
values and we were toying with the idea of perhaps having the new hires take it
from their home, a few days before they actually come into the office and are
given their technology. Currently right now, we have employees sign in using
the firms Azure AD. Is there a way that we can provide the course link, from
cypher, to a new hire’s personal email address, out side of the firm, so they
can take the course? And still be linked to their profile when they officially sign on with the firms email domain.
