Currently, assessment reporting only shows the total number of points a learner receives on a quiz when the "Score" column is selected, rather than the percentage. This is the same data provided in the "Points" column. A percentage would be more beneficial because, when pulling a report with multiple quizzes that contain different numbers of questions, the data is not measured on a consistent scale.
