Add support for structured prompt templates in CYPHER Agent to guide how instructional content is generated.

Currently, AI-generated lessons are often inconsistent and content-focused. Allowing administrators to define structured templates would improve clarity, consistency, and learning outcomes.

For example, enable templates that generate content using defined sections such as:

• Why (what the system is and why it matters)
• Scenario (real-world context)
• Goal (clear outcome)
• Concepts (essential knowledge only)
• Actions (step-by-step workflow)
• Application (task-based practice)
• Outcome (observable result)

• Produces more consistent, high-quality instructional content
• Supports outcome-based and job-ready learning models
• Reduces time spent editing AI-generated lessons
• Enables organizations to standardize their instructional design approach

Optional Enhancement

Allow:

• Saving reusable templates
• Enforcing structured output (section-based, not free text)
• Generating content at the task/learning-object level
