I've raised this issue with support and my CSM, but I'll post it here for more visibility. There is no username recovery option for users that cannot remember their username. I've never seen an account-based platform that lacks this. It is an accessibility issue, and does not conform with the WCAG 2.2 specifications for Accessible Authentication. Please fix this!
