When choosing the delete option form a suer profile. I don't believe there is enough warning sating that this will permanently remove the user's account and all their history from the site.

You see a warning with greater detail if you are attempting to delete a user from the list view of users. That level of detailed warning should eb attached to the user profile delete option as well.
