Please allow us to COMPLETELY disable the "Friends" feature.  We have disabled it in Admin>Policies>Learners (and everywhere we can possibly disable it on the platform) but it continues to pop up.  For example, it popped up in user Kat VandenHeuvel's profile after assigning her the roles of Manager & Co-Instructor, neither of which have any type of "Friends" permissions enabled.  There should have been absolutely no reason for the Friends tab to suddenly appear on her profile just because we assigned her these roles.  This is a problem because it is a useless distraction to our users.  They are confused by the "Friends" tab being there but not doing anything/being empty and useless.
