in my previous LMS, it was possible to view all notifications that had been sent to a particular user or group.  I have a situation right now where a group of students should have received a custom notification last week, but appear not to have received it, and I have no way of checking other that to raise a ticket, which seems a bit extreme - could this be considered please?
