We would like to suggest enhancements to CYPHER’s access code/coupon workflow to better support universities, bookstores, and enterprise training programs.

Core Requirements

• Bulk creation and management of large numbers of UNIQUE seats/access codes. (the problem with 1 access code for 500 seats is that they could be easily distributed to people who shouldn't be using them. Give us either option.)
• Ability to associate seats and codes with a specific institution or organization
• Reporting for used vs. unused access codes/seats
• Administrative filtering by institution or organization
• Easier bulk distribution of access codes to universities and bookstores
• Workflows for managing unused or refunded seats

The current coupon structure appears optimized for smaller promotional use cases rather than enterprise-scale seat management. Improving this area would significantly strengthen CYPHER’s support for higher education and institutional partnerships.
