Update Your Portal to the the New UI

As a reminder, CYPHER will end support for our legacy UI on June 30th. 

If you have not already begun configuring the new UI on your portal, please reference the articles below to help you with enabling the new UI for testing and configuring the new UI:


You'll be able to test the new UI while you're configuring it - making the interface available to specific roles whom you may want to gather feedback from before enabling the portal for all users.  Once you're satisfied with the look of your portal, a new option is available to push the new UI out to all of your users. Once this is selected, users will no longer have the choice of which UI to utilize. This setting is located on the Admin -> Portal page.


Starting on July 1, CYPHER will no longer officially support the old UI. Our testing of features and changes to the platform will only be conducted in the new UI and no bugs in the old UI will be fixed. For customers who have not migrated to the new UI by this date, you will be contacted by CYPHER to determine a timeline for you to complete the migration. Customers who do not migrate or establish a timeline with CYPHER for migration will be converted to the new UI on July 31.
