New features added this week

1. CYPHER Agent course creation with multi-file upload
   
1. We’re excited to announce that you can now build courses with CYPHER Agent using multiple custom data files! The Custom data section in the course creation flow has been updated to support the uploading of multiple files from a local computer or existing Resource files. 
   
2. By supporting multiple data files, you can combine content from different sources—such as documents, presentations, and videos—into a single, cohesive course. This reduces the need to manually consolidate materials in advance and allows for more comprehensive course creation. 
   
1. Note that supported file formats include .txt, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx and .mp4.

1. Context awareness for CYPHER Agent: Practice and Assess
   
1. CYPHER Agent: Practice and CYPHER Agent: Assess just got a major upgrade—they’re now context-aware!
   
2. When launched from within a course, both tools can tailor sessions based on specific course content. Users can choose to start a Practice or Assess session grounded directly in what they’re learning.
   
1. This means learners can jump straight into CYPHER Agent: Practice and apply what they’re learning—no need to explain the information and context of the session to CYPHER Agent.
   
2. Using CYPHER Agent: Assess, learners can create assessments for all phases of learning:
   
1. Reinforce learning during a course.
   
2. Validate knowledge at course completion.
   
3. Preview upcoming material with a pre-assessment.
   
3. This update is now available on all CYPHER Learning platforms with the CYPHER Agent app installed and CYPHER Agent: Practice and CYPHER Agent: Assess enabled.

Behind the scenes

1. Message missing subject or user error: Added an error to inform users that a subject and recipient must be included when sending messages.
2. Paragraph and heading spacing: Resolved an issue impacting heading and paragraph spacing in the content builder.
   
3. Math equations in LaTex: Fixed an issue that caused equations written in LaTex to not display when editing.
   
4. Direct reports visibility: Resolved an issue that allowed managers to see learners beyond their direct reports.
   
5. Voiceover regeneration: Fixed an issue that prevented voice generation to be regenerated for new content in CYPHER Agent created micro courses.
