New features added this week
- Offline mode in the mobile app
- A new feature has been added to the mobile app! Offline mode allows users to cache content while their mobile device is online and access it later without an internet connection. Users can cache and access:
- Navigation menus
- Course pages
- PDF resources
- When Offline mode is turned on and the device has an internet connection, pages are automatically saved as users browse—no extra steps required. The new cache cloud icon lets users know when a page has been downloaded.
Orange cloud: Page is currently being cached.
Green cloud: Page has been successfully cached.
- When a user’s device is offline, they can click the cache cloud icon to access previously cached pages.
- Offline mode is currently available on the iOS app, version 2.1.3.

Behind the scenes
Knowledge base and Customer support center: Resolved an issue that caused authentication errors for some users when accessing the Knowledge base or the Customer support center from the Help center.
Calendar heading fix: Fixed an issue that prevented the month from displaying correctly on course calendars when learners navigated through the calendar.
Content builder videos: Resolved an issue where videos embedded via link did not display at the correct aspect ratio.
Catalog reordering: Fixed an issue that prevented categories from being reordered using drag-and-drop custom ordering.
