New features added this week

1. Offering child course sessions within a Path
   
1. Instructors, teachers, and administrators can now add a parent course or course template to a Path and display all published child course sessions to learners. This enables learners to select the session with the date, time, or location that best fits their schedule. Once a learner enrolls in and completes the selected session, the corresponding course goal requirement within the Path is automatically fulfilled.

1. Updated Path navigation
   
1. To simplify navigation within Paths, the Path name now appears as a secondary header for all courses within the path. Learners and instructors can click the Path name at any point while viewing a course to return directly to the course goal within the path. This helps provide a clear visual reminder to instructors and learners that the course is part of a broader path, as well as one-click navigation back to the path.
   
1. Note that users can also continue to access the Path through the Path widget in the right panel.

1. Assessment-level randomization for multiple choice and matching questions
   
1. Instructors and teachers can now enable automatic randomization of answer choices for multiple choice and matching questions at the assessment level. Previously, answer choices could only be randomized at the individual question level, which could be time-consuming, especially when importing a large number of questions using QTI. With the new Randomize choices in multiple choice questions by default checkbox, any new multiple choice or matching questions - whether created manually or imported - will automatically have their answer choices set to Randomize.
   
1. Note this setting applies only to newly created or newly imported questions. Existing questions banks are not affected.

1. Payment gateways configuration by organization
   
1. Administrators can now configure separate payment gateways per organization. Customers with the Payment gateways for organizations app installed can access a new Payment gateways section in the E-commerce tab at the Organization level. This new section allows an organization to either inherit site-level payment gateway configurations or define organization-specific payment gateway configurations. This enables each organization to support different currencies and use their preferred payment provider. The new feature also allows administrators to cascade payment gateway configuration settings from a parent organization to its sub-organizations.

Behind the scenes

1. Mobile menu issue: Resolved an issue that impacted fly-up menus on the mobile app. Mobile menus are now working as expected. 
   
2. iPad pop-up issue: Fixed an issue that caused pop-up notifications to display several times when using the CYPHER app on an iPad.
   
3. Survey reporting: Updated reporting so that individual learner responses cannot be viewed for anonymous surveys.
