Product Updates - Week of October 6, 2025

New features added this week

  1. CYPHER Agent knowledge base updated to support images
    1. The Agent knowledge base functionality has been updated to support images from uploaded documents. Now, when instructors and administrators upload files to the Agent knowledge base, images from the documents become a part of the Agent knowledge base. When learners ask CYPHER Agent a question related to information in the Agent knowledge base, the answer will display both text and images. To learn more, visit the CYPHER Agent knowledge base article.

  1. Add color bars to course and module tiles
    1. Instructors and administrators can now add color bar highlights to course and module tiles. This enhancement replaces the previous tile color feature from the earlier user interface. To add color bars to course and module tiles, administrators must first enable color bars for tiles at Admin > Portal > General. Once enabled, instructors and administrators can add color bars to individual tiles by hovering over a course or module tile, clicking the cog  icon in the upper right corner of the tile and selecting a color. For additional information about adding color bars to tiles, visit the ‘Editing modules’ section of the Modules and lessons for instructors article.
