New features added this week

1. Multi-organization membership for Organization administrators
   
1. Customers now have greater control and flexibility when managing administrator access across organizations. With multi-organization membership, Organization administrators can be assigned to multiple organizations and manage them from a single account.
   
2. Super administrators can enable this feature through Organizations > Options.
   
3. Once enabled, secondary organizations can be assigned to existing Organization administrator profiles.
   
4. Organization administrators with access to multiple organizations can manage all assigned organizations through the Organizations menu. From there, they can access and manage users, courses, groups, and basic organization settings.

1. CYPHER Agent: Course creation improvements
   
1. CYPHER Agent is now even smarter, making more informed decisions during course creation to produce higher-quality, more cohesive learning experiences. The following enhancements have been made to the CYPHER Agent course creation process:
   
1. Smarter Skills, Module, and Page section generation: Previously, course creators needed to specify the exact number of skills, modules, and pages per module for CYPHER Agent to generate. Now, creators can simply select Auto, allowing CYPHER Agent to determine the optimal course structure based on the topic, course style, and desired course duration.
   
2. AI-Generated course and module tile images by default: As AI image generation continues to improve, courses now default to AI course and module tile images. This helps ensure imagery is relevant to the course content and consistent throughout the learning experience.
   
3. Updated video default setting: Previously, videos were included in generated courses by default. Videos are now included only when course creators explicitly enable them, helping prevent unnecessary or unwanted video content.
4. Upgraded image generation: The tile image generator has been upgraded to the latest image model, delivering higher-quality AI-generated images with improved efficiency. Additionally, an automatic retry mechanism has been added to the image generation process. If an image request is initially rejected due to policy restrictions, CYPHER Agent will automatically attempt to generate an alternative image to create a more reliable and seamless course creation experience.

1. Step-by-step course generation with CYPHER Agent is designed for course creators who want greater involvement and control throughout the course creation process. With two new enhancements, creators now have even more flexibility and guidance at every step:
   
1. Enhanced story arc select: The Choose story arc step now includes a Connective spine and Connective spine guidance. The Connective spine serves as the central thread that links all learning experiences into a cohesive learning journey. During this step, course creators can:
   
1. Choose from three Connective spines within Story arc candidates generated by CYPHER Agent.
   
2. Or edit the selected Connective spine and Connective spine guidance to better align with their vision.
   
2. New Review and polish step: A new Review and polish step has been added after section content is generated. During this step, CYPHER Agent performs a final review of the course, identifying potential errors and suggesting minor improvements to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall flow. Course creators can review each proposed change and choose to:
   
1. Accept the change
   
2. Edit the New value of the proposed change 
   
3. Or reject the change

Behind the scenes

1. Announcement roles: Fixed an issue that prevented role checkboxes from displaying when creating Announcements on the News page.
   
2. Content builder Grid widget: Resolved an issue in the Grid widget so that when users add four rows or four columns, they are notified that the maximum number of rows or columns has been reached.
