Passwords

Overview

For security reasons every user has a User ID (3+ characters) and a Password (5+ characters). 

Change password

You can change your password on your profile page.

1. Click your profile.
   
2. Click edit.
   

Click Password.

Enter and confirm the new password.

Forgot my password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps.

1. Click Forgot password? on the Login pop-up.
   
2. Enter your email address.
   
3. Click Send password instructions.
   

1. You will receive an email with a reset link. Click the link.
   
1. The link will be valid for 15 minutes.
2. Enter and confirm your new password.
