CYPHER Agent can then draw upon these resources to create tailored learning sessions that reflect the specific needs, culture, and goals of each organization.
Unlike generic AI tools, CYPHER Agent becomes deeply attuned to the organization and its learners, ensuring that when learners ask questions, the responses are both context-aware and accurate. The Agent knowledge base is now available across all CYPHER for Business and CYPHER for Academia platforms.
Administrators can enable the feature directly in their platform:
Click Admin from the primary navigation menu.
Select CYPHER Agent from the fly-out menu.
Go to the Features tab.
Check the box to Enable knowledge base.
To add documents:
Upload a supported file type (doc, docx, mp4, ppt, pptx, pdf, or txt) as a Resource.
Access the Resource’s Details page.
Locate the Agent knowledge base widget in the right panel.
Click Sync.
A notification will confirm when syncing is complete.
