Product Updates - Week of October 27, 2025
New features added this week
- Custom Dashboard per organization
- Dashboards can now be customized at the organization level! This feature allows organization administrators to tailor the messaging, widgets, and layout of their dashboard to fit their organization’s unique needs. Custom dashboards empower organizations to design experiences that reflect their own terminology, workflows, and branding, increasing user engagement and comprehension. Super administrators can choose to enable custom dashboards for all organizations within their business or only for selected organizations.

- Netzun catalog integration
- We’ve added an integration with Netzun, an e-learning platform offering an extensive catalog of Spanish-language courses. Customers with Netzun accounts can now install the Netzun app from the App center and enable the integration by entering their client ID and client secret. After syncing courses, users can access the Netzun catalog by clicking Catalog from the primary navigation menu, and then clicking the Netzun tab.

- Export all account types in a single export
- Administrators can now export account data for all roles in a single export. Previously, a separate export for each specific account type was required. With this update, administrators can export all account types at once and use the new Roles value to identify the roles associated with each account.

- Google Drive integration: Resolved an issue preventing users from connecting their profiles to Google Drive. Users can now enable Google Drive through the Settings tab of their profile. Once authenticated, files can be uploaded directly from Google Drive. To learn more, visit the Google Drive article.
- Accessibility updates: Updated pop-up modals to retain keyboard focus, ensuring that screen reader users, keyboard-only users, and users with motor impairments can interact with the content properly.
