To export account information to a comma-separated value (CSV) file, click Admin/Export. Then visit the Accounts tab and select the type of account you want to export, then click Continue.
Then select which values you want to export and which column they should be placed into and press Export. This will create a CSV file that you can save to your computer.

To export job titles to a comma-separated value (CSV) file, visit the Job titles tab. Then select which values you want to export and which column they should be placed into and press Export. This will create a CSV file that you can save to your computer.
Filters can be used to filter information when exporting accounts, courses, or paths. This feature allows you to easily do things like exporting information about all students in a particular organization or course, export all finished courses, and more.
To add a filter, go to the Filter section in any export tab, and click the first drop-down list to choose the first filtering attribute. The list of available items is specific for each list type.
Attributes can have different conditions, such as contains, equals, and in.
Then enter the filtering term.
To add another filtering item click the "+" button.
You can refine your search by chaining together more items.
To cancel a filter click on its "X" button.
After you created the filters, you can save them by clicking the Save button.
You can reuse a saved filter by selecting it from the predefined filter list.
If you don't want to use a predefined filter, click on the "+" button to create a new one.
To delete a saved filter select it, then click the delete button.
