Demo content overview

When you first sign up, we automatically install demo content to provide an example of a well configured site. This demo content includes a custom logo, custom color scheme, sample courses, etc. While you explore our product, we recommend that you leave this demo content in your site. When you are ready to create your own materials, you can easily remove the demo content as described below, and also restore it later if you like.

Removing the demo content

To remove the demo content and restore your site to the default settings, click the "Remove" option in the "Demo content" area in the right bar of your admin dashboard:

If you select this option and confirm, the demo content is removed after a few seconds.

Restoring the demo content

To restore the demo content, click the "Restore" option in the "Demo content" area in the right bar of your admin dashboard. Restoring the demo content will not affect the content that you have already added to your site.

Onboarding tab

The Onboarding tab in the Home area is visible for new customers that create a learning platform. Each full administrator has access to the Onboarding tab, not only the super admin who creates the site. Note that if an admin account is created during the trial period of the portal, the Onboarding tab will be enabled by default for it.

To learn more about our features, click on the images from the "Features to explore" widget.

A pop-up will open with a video that shows how to use that particular feature.

On the right side of the page, you have access to videos that show the learning platform in action for different use cases.

If you wish to remove the Onboarding tab from the Home area, click on the "Hide onboarding" button.

If the Onboarding tab was removed and you wish to enable it again, visit your Account Settings area and check the "Show the onboarding tab on home page" option.
