Overview
For CYPHER for academia platforms, by default, any picture that a student uploads for their profile picture or photo album must be approved by a school administrator. At the end of every day, a message is sent to each administrator that has pictures to approve and a "photos to moderate" notification will appear on their homepage. When you click on this link, it takes you to the Admin/Moderate tab.

This functionality is also available for CYPHER for business platforms, however, it is not the default setting.

To moderate the pictures, click the notification. Select the pictures you want to reject, then click Save. All the pictures that you did not reject are approved.

To enable/disable picture moderation, click Admin/Policies, then check/uncheck the Picture moderation option.
