Help center

Overview

The Help center has a variety of resources to help you navigate the platform.

To access the Help center:

1. Click Help on the main navigation bar.
   

A pop-up opens with multiple options:

1. Click Online help to access Help articles that include the new User Interface. 
   
1. Select your role to see articles specifically tailored to your experience.
2. Click Learner help desk to post questions directly to your platform administrators.  
   
3. Click Product news to view announcements about the latest platform updates.
   
4. Click How-to videos to access quick video tutorials on common platform features.
5. Click Getting started guides to access a downloadable guide that will help you quickly navigate the platform.

The tabs across the top of the Help center pop-up also include articles for General and Learner topics.
