Overview
The Help center has a variety of resources to help you navigate the platform. The options available are based on your role and the setup of your platform.
Accessing the Help center
To access the Help center:
- Click Help on the main navigation bar.
A pop-up opens with multiple options. The available options vary based on your role and the setup of your platform:
- Click Knowledge base to access Help articles for the new User Interface.
- Please note that platforms with the "Resell" app installed will continue to see 'Online help' at this time.
- If enabled on your platform, click Learner help desk to post questions directly to your platform administrators.
- Click Customer support center to view community resources, open the knowledge base, or open a support ticket.
- Please note the Customer support center is only available to administrators and instructors.
- Click Product news to view announcements about the latest platform updates.
- Click Product demos to access quick video tutorials on common platform features.
- Click Getting started guides to view downloadable guides that will help you quickly navigate the platform.
- If available, click Suggestions to add a community suggestion to help improve the platform.
- If available, click Roadmap to view features that are planned by quarter.
If you click Knowledge base, the Knowledge base will open in a new window.
- Select your role to view relevant articles.
- You can also use the search bar to quickly locate specific topics.
