When a new account is added, the rule(s) set are applied undistinguished of the role. It would be convenient to have the ability to select which rules are applied to which roles.

All notifications
For future enhancements, please create a radio button to turn off All Notifications globally. It takes way too long to uncheck the recheck each notification box. Administrators need to be able to make changes without receiving a glut of notification emails.
