Tag functionality should not be dependent on capitalization
Please allow tags to function whether they are capitalized or not. I tried to filter our course list with "interviews" and it yielded no results because it expected me to capitalize the "I."
Make the Field Available in the Learner | Messages area

Turnitin vs. Grammarly
We've submitted multiple requests to the sales team at Turnitin and never receive a response. They don't provide a contact number or email, so we have no way to contact them with sales assistance. Turnitin purchased Unicheck, so that's not a viable alternative.

Awards after Previous Completions
It should be the case that no matter how many previous attempts someone does, an award should be given automatically once they pass. As it is now, the award is only automatically given on the 1st attempt.

Under Portal/General you can set primary accent and navigation colors for the portal. You can set a custom accent color, but not a custom navigation color. Please allow a custom navigation color to be set.
